Stevie Dement, a world class kickboxing champion, sets out on a journey to allow Corbin McKenzie, a 22 year old paraplegic with cerebral palsy, experience the freedom of swimming, biking, and running in triathlons. Corbin is so close to Stevie that he considers him his father.
